In July 2021, Twitter and other social media platforms were flooded with a number of pictures that were taken during the intimate housewarming ceremony of Yash's house, a swanky duplex apartment in Bengaluru. The colourful but simple ceremony has kept eager fans to know more about their favourite hero's new residence. Yash has not disappointed movie lovers and has posted regular updates of the home he shares with his beautiful wife, Radhika and his children, Arya and Yatharv.
Spectacular Views of Nandi Hills
The KGF actor's house is a swanky duplex apartment in the upscale Prestige Golf Apartment near the Nandi Hills. The best feature of this home is the spectacular views of green fields, the hillside, and the 9-hole golf course. It is no wonder that Yash and his family love their new abode. The large balcony area of this house is fitted with textured ceramic tiles and has a tulsi mandir in marble. The rest of this spacious area is filled with potted plants and greenery.
Swanky Interiors
The living room of Yash's house is the epitome of sophisticated charm. The cream-coloured marble flooring matches the biscuit-coloured satin drapes and curtains perfectly. The beige walls add warmth to the interiors, and the oversized metal vase brings out the greens of the indoor plants. The quirky element here is a leather-finish grey sofa and armchair set. The walls are inlaid with wooden panelling and trendy but muted light fixtures. The television is wall mounted, and the long console is made from dark wood to match the triangular marble tiles in many of the apartment's pillars and foyer area. In all, the living space exudes elegance.
Behind the living area is a large multi-seater dining table with a dark glass top and classic brown chairs. The dining space also leads to an airy, modern, and modular kitchen done up in the same grey-brown colour scheme as the rest of the house. The gallery-style kitchen has a large window that showcases the brown walls, granite countertops and dark cupboards.
Luxurious living
A large curved staircase leads up from the hall to the upper level. The golden-brown stone chip chandelier lights up the space enclosed by this dramatic staircase.
The upper level of this duplex houses the KGF actor's bedroom and his children's nursery. Rocky Bhai's bedroom is done up in shades of off-white and wood. The large comfy white bed and the modern decor are just perfect. The large walk-in closet befits his stature. The children's room is full of toys and seems to be a fun place to be.
Yash's house is estimated to have a market value of about INR 5 crore. Apart from the lush golf course, the project also features world-class amenities, including a gymnasium and fitness centre, jogging tracks, a children's play area, a banquet hall, a full-length swimming pool and a tennis court.
Living life King-size
Apart from this sprawling apartment, the KGF actor owns a large farmhouse, gardens, and land in the town of Hassan (near Bangalore). This is one of the favourite places for the family to get away and unwind. Apart from this getaway, Yash is also known for his penchant for enticing holidays in exotic destinations. The actor's love of luxury cars is also legendary. He owns a whole range of high-end cars, including a Mercedes Benz GLS, a Mercedes GLC 250D Coupe, an Audi Q7, a BMW 520D, and a Pajero. It is still not clear if Yash has a private garage in his new apartment for all these cars.
