According to news reports, Katrina and Vicky leased the apartment for a period of 5 years. The reports also suggest that the rental for this sprawling residence is currently at INR 8 lakhs a month for the initial three years and will increase to INR 8.4 lakhs in the fourth year and INR 8.8 lakhs for the fifth year. The property also comes with a hefty security amount of INR 1.75 crores.

The sea-facing house in Juhu, one of Mumbai's poshest residential areas, is done up in a very classy and elegant style with a predominance of pastel colours. The living and dining area is a sprawling space with floor-length windows that offer a spectacular view of the city skyline and its many high-rises. The dreamy rust, brown and cream rug complements the chequered cream couch and wooden coffee tables. It is evident that the actors love their greens, and indoor plants are placed all over this space.

The living and dining spaces are separated by an open grid shelf wall made of wood. The empty spaces and placement of lights, plants, and candles allow for the free movement of energies rather than divide the two spaces. Despite the elegant and sophisticated decor, the one corner of the home that Katrina claims to be her "cosy corner" is the balcony filled with plants. The balcony itself has a glass wall and floors made of wooden boards, giving it a very earthy yet ethereal feel. A number of green plants and a wicker chair complete the serene vibe that the couple has going here. Most of the couple's Instagram and social media posts come from this balcony, which is definitely a favourite spot.
