- One Lodha Place: Designed by global architects who renovated The Louvre in Paris, One Lodha Place is an ESG-focused office space in Lower Parel that adds to the glamourous skyscrapers of the suburb. Over 180 metres tall, One Lodha Place offers huge space for luxury retail and commercial outlets. It also comes with 5-tier security, a plaza, a fitness centre, and 38 floors of Grade A+ office space.

- The One Avighna Park: This is a twin-tower residential project that has 61 floors and a height of 247 metres each. The One Avighna Park offers luxurious apartments with smart home technology, walk-in closets and jacuzzis. It also has a landscaped garden, a swimming pool, a gym and a banquet hall.

- The Indiabulls Sky: Boasting an infinity-edge swimming pool that faces the Mumbai skyline, Indiabulls Sky is another impressive residential skyscraper in Lower Parel. It is famous for its exclusive 96 ultra-luxury apartments from the 16th floor onwards that come with full height and glazed. It stands 108 metres tall. The Indiabulls Sky offers spacious apartments with private elevators, balconies and gardens. It also has a clubhouse, a spa, a gym and a rooftop restaurant. 

- Lodha Venezia: This iconic skyscraper has two towers with 65 floors each. The Lodha Venezia adds to the Lower Parel skyline with its height of 213.5 metres. The building was completed in 2017 and offers premium 2 and 3 BHK spacious residences with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. Lodha Venezia is inspired by the architecture of Venice and features a lagoon, waterfalls and gardens – all of which feature prominently in its architecture.

- L & T Crescent Bay: With its memorable architecture and a huge assortment of futuristic, world-class lifestyle amenities, L & T Crescent Bay is another towering residential project in Parel that seeks to transport its residents to new heights. It is 239 metres tall and comprises six affluent residential towers – each built on a raised pedestal. Currently, the project has 63 floors. 

- Trump Tower: One of the original skyscrapers in Lower Parel, Lodha Trump Tower comprises 3 and 4 BHK luxury residences spread across exquisitely constructed 78 storeys. The height of the tower is 266.3 metres, and was completed in 2020.
