According to recent news reports, Sonu Nigam recently purchased two commercial properties for a whooping INR 11.37 crore in Andheri West, Mumbai. These are part of a commercial complex on Veera Desai Road and were registered on March 15, 2023. The two offices have a combined area of 2,767 square feet offices. The singer has a reported net worth of over INR 370 crores and owns several luxury cars and a sprawling bungalow in Dubai. He also reportedly purchased a land parcel in Juhu, which is estimated to be worth INR 25 crores.

Apart from Hindi, Sonu Nigam has sung several thousands of Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, Odiya, Tamil, Bhojpuri, Malayalam, and Marathi songs.
