Job Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports & dashboards in Metabase, Excel, and Google Sheets to track sales, marketing, and operational performance.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for Sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, booking trends, revenue contribution, and campaign performance.
- Create ad-hoc data extracts, visualizations, and presentations for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability.
Job Skills
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and comfort working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or business intelligence environment.
