Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to gain insights into the specific talent needs, skill requirements, and organizational culture for various roles.
  • Employ proactive headhunting strategies to identify and engage passive candidates who are aligned with our company's values and goals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive direct sourcing strategy using a variety of channels such as social networks, industry events, professional associations, and online platforms.
  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including skill evaluations, behavioral interviews, and cultural fit analysis.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, creating a robust talent network that can be tapped into for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding messages that resonate with high-caliber candidates.
  • Regularly track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize the effectiveness of direct sourcing and headhunting efforts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into recruitment strategies.
