Crescent Group was establish in the year 1956 by its founder Late. Shri Jasvantrai Shah. Late Shri Jasvantrai Shah who is fondly remembered as (Jasubhai Shah) was a pioneer in formulating various schemes for the under privileged weaker sections and municipal tenants. These schemes were implemented under DCR 33(7) of M.C.G.M. Jasubhai Shah who provided free ownership homes with all amenities & self contained houses to the poor and needy people under such implemented schemes. These schemes have benefited the M.C.G.M by eliminating the losses that were being incurred to them and has also generated revenues for M.C.G.M.
