Sunny Deol is a Bollywood star who has been one of the pillars of the industry for several years. He is also known for several iconic movies over the years, including Gadar: Ek Prem Katha which is still one of the country’s highest-grossers. He has also been a producer while owning his own recording and dubbing studio and a preview theatre. 

He lives in Mumbai with his family of superstars, including father Dharmendra and brother Bobby Deol. Another Sunny Deol house is a spacious apartment of 1,000 square feet in Oshiwara in Mumbai. This is priced at a couple of crores at least, considering the rates in the locality. Sunny Deol also owns property in Punjab and some other real estate in Mumbai, according to reports. He also reportedly owns a spacious home in the United Kingdom. This house has been used extensively for shooting movies going by reports. When Sunny Deol filed his nomination, he officially declared assets close to Rs. 87 crores, including prime city properties. 

Sunny Deol is also the owner of agricultural land, which is valued at more than Rs. 10 crore. A majority of these land parcels are in the Khandala Maval District. His father’s huge farmhouse may be a part of these holdings. He also owns non-agricultural land valued at Rs. 8 crore in the same area. It goes without saying that Sunny Deol has an enviable property portfolio, which is natural, considering his long career in Bollywood, ancestral and family wealth and his own entrepreneurial endeavours.
