A residential colony in the mid-segment suburb of Mumbai, Tilak Nagar, has caused quite a stir in the real estate sector lately, especially in the housing market. Majorly consisting of a Hindu population, the locality has over 50,899 residents, with an area of 1.48 sq. km. The central suburb is also known for its Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Over the last couple of years, Tilak Nagar has experienced a substantial increase in demand for its residential properties.
