Sugee Group is a Mumbai-based real estate developer founded in 1986 by Subhash Deshmukh, giving the company nearly four decades of experience in Mumbai’s real estate and redevelopment sector. Over the years, the group has established a presence across several established neighbourhoods of Mumbai, with a particular focus on residential redevelopment in well-connected and premium locations. The company has developed projects across residential and commercial segments, with its cumulative portfolio reported at more than 16 million sq. ft. of development and homes delivered to over 1,000 families. These figures reflect the company’s reported portfolio and should be considered in that context. Sugee Group has developed a range of residential properties designed to address different homebuyer requirements, from compact urban residences to premium homes in established central Mumbai locations. Its projects are planned with an emphasis on efficient space utilization, contemporary architecture, connectivity and the evolving lifestyle needs of modern residents. The group also focuses on redevelopment, helping transform older residential properties into modern housing developments while retaining the advantages of established neighbourhoods.
