A popular suburb in North Mumbai, Malad has witnessed a revolutionary change in its landscape over the years, with the real estate industry playing a catalyst, whether residential or commercial. The upcoming locality has an area of 28.95 sq. km and a population above 6 lakh residents, combined with the west and east regions. Malad comprises diverse people from different parts of the country and the world. The suburb has many temples, churches, and mosques showcasing cultural diversity.
